Delivery & returns

Delivery

Every print is made to order in the UK. Delivery usually takes 5–7 working days from when you order, including printing.

Delivery is free on UK orders over £35. Below that, standard UK delivery is £3.95. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your print is dispatched.

Damaged or faulty prints

If your print arrives damaged, misprinted or the wrong item, email hello@trinityprints.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send anything back.

Changed your mind?

You can return any print within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email hello@trinityprints.co.uk with your order number to let us know, then post it back unused and in its original packaging to:

Trinity Prints Returns, 22 The Brow, BD13 5FA, United Kingdom

Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty, so we recommend a tracked service. We'll refund your original payment method within 5 working days of the return arriving, including standard delivery if you return the whole order.
